Christmas Dark N Stormy Cocktail

Out with the eggnog and stay in with a Christmas Dark N Stormy cocktail.

Pairing Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer with Eileen's Christmas Pud Gin will keep you warm in the cooler months and refreshed all Christmas long.

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice and add the following:

45ml of Eileen's Christmas Pud Gin

10ml of freshly squeezed lime juice

Fill the glass with Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer or another good quality ginger beer

Add 6 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel

Add a straw, stir, and enjoy!
