Little Juniper Distilling recognises that our customer's needs are as unique and varied as the individuals themselves. Business will be fair and completed in an appropriate time frame and our customers will be treated with honesty and integrity at all times.

We will listen to our customers and try to provide the services that they really want. We will not assume that we know what they want; we will really find out and listen to the facts.

We also fully respect our client’s privacy and will therefore never share your personal information or contact details.

Answers to any inquiry or complaint will be easy to understand. They will be clear, concise, and straight to the point and directly address the original inquiry or complaint.

All telephone inquiries or complaints will receive at least an initial response by the next working day.

All employees dealing with customers will identify themselves either verbally or in writing and when answering the phone will give their first name.

In its aim towards efficiency and in the interest of customers, Little Juniper Distilling reserves the right to limit the use of staff and resources on false or unreasonable demands.

Sales Policy

Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over the age of 18 years of age.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a telephone number/contact person for the delivery address as we require a signature for all deliveries.

Any deliveries that require redirection or redelivery may incur additional charges.

All stock is subject to availability, increases in government price, and/or wholesale price. 

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where the packaging can be damaged in transit. Minor labels markings or scuffing is impossible to avoid in every instance.

Orders can be canceled at any time as long as it has not already been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via Australia Post from our warehouse in Australia. Your order will be sent within 3 working days after it has been placed.

Goods will be delivered to the person over the age of 18 who placed the order, or to an adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf on the person who placed the order. Orders cannot be placed, and NO orders will be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years old. Satisfactory proof of age may be requested on delivery.

If nobody is at the address when delivery is attempted, a note is left in the mailbox with postage pickup details. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the note in your mailbox, please pick it up from the local Post Office.

Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

Freight costs will be determined by your delivery address.

Returns Policy

We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at info@littlejuniper.com. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

How to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd (“Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Lil Juniper or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Little Juniper Distilling Pty Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
