Little Juniper Lil Mule
Want to try something deliciously different? Our Lil Mule, a riff on the Moscow Mule will have your mouth watering.
Add the following to a large glass or copper mug filled with ice:
60ml Little Juniper Signature Gin or Eileen's Christmas Pud Gin
30ml fresh squeezed lime juice
30ml sugar syrup (1 part hot water to 1 part sugar, mixed until sugar dissolves)
Slowly stir the above ingredients
Top up with about 120ml of your favourite Ginger Beer, not ginger ale
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
The above can be adjusted with lime and sugar ratios depending on the desired sweetness.
