Merry Flippin Christmas
This is our twist on the classic flip cocktail.
Add the following to a cocktail shaker:
1 whole large egg
15ml Amaretto liquer
20ml Demerara Syrup (1:1 or 2:1 Demerara sugar and water dissolved)
2 Teaspoons of double cream
Shake dry, then add ice and shake again.
Double strain into your favourite cocktail class.
Dust with grated nutmeg and flippin enjoy!
