Little Juniper Tom Collins Cocktail

A simple but refreshing alternative to a G&T, the Tom Collins is a great summer drink.

 

Add the following to a glass with ice:

45 ml Little Juniper Signature Gin

30 ml Lemon Juice

22.5 ml simple syrup

Stir the ingredients then top up with soda.

Squeeze a lemon wedge over the top, then drop it in as a garnish.
